Tony is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Parabel Limited, responsible for the overall Management and direction of the firm. Previously, Tony was President and Chairman of Liberty Aerospace, Inc., which he established in the United States in 2000 and succeeded in developing and delivering an FAA Part 23 certified aircraft. Prior to starting Liberty Aerospace, Tony was Managing Director in London of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, a U.S. investment bank, Chairman of Tide Brokers Limited, a wholesale money broker, and Managing Director of Tide (U.K.) Limited, an international foreign exchange fund management group.Tony holds a B.Sc. in Systems and Management from City University, London, United Kingdom.

Peter is Parabel’s Chief Operating Officer. Between 1999 and 2011, Peter held the positions of Vice President, Product Development and Chief Technology Officer at AuthenTec, Inc., a semiconductor, biometrics and security company that was acquired by Apple Inc. From 1996 until 1999, Peter established and directed the Raleigh (NC) Design Center for Integrated Device Technologies (IDT, California), a semiconductor electronics company. From 1990 until 1996, Peter held the positions of Vice President, Operations and Senior Vice President, Business Development at IVEX Corporation. Peter spent his early career with Ferranti Computer Systems. Peter holds a First Class B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Salford, United Kingdom.

Mattis Vice President of Growth and Crop Management. Matt has nearly a decade of experience in algae and aquatic plant growth, harvest and processing; in addition he has nearly 20 years’ experience in ecology, microbiology and genetics. Previously, Matt specialized in aquatic plant and algae growth systems, biomass-to-bioproducts, biofuels, water treatment, and aquatic toxicology. His clients included leading international companies in oil and gas production, renewable products development and aquatic-plant based water remediation. Matt has a PhD in Microbiology from Northern Arizona University and a Master’s Degree from the Florida Institute of Technology in Cellular and Molecular Biology. Matt also currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Florida. He holds patents in the field of molecular diagnostics and has been an invited speaker at national and international conferences on subjects ranging from algal biofuels to international disease control.

John has twenty years of food industry experience, primarily in commercial roles with specialty and nutritional ingredients. Past roles at ConAgra, Bunge, Ingredion, NuTek Food Science and Roquette. Recently responsible for expanding specialty ingredient growth-stage business into new global markets.

With an aeronautical engineering background, Paul has over 25 years of unique executive management experience. Prior to joining Parabel, Paul held the position of President & CEO of Discovery Aviation, Inc, a complex multinational FAA approved aircraft design, certification, and manufacturing business. From 2010 Paul led Liberty Aerospace, Inc as President and CEO and identified multiple strategic investors leading to the successful sale of the Company in 2014. Paul initially joined Liberty Aerospace in its founding year of 2000 as Chief Operating Officer to develop operations to design, develop and deliver aircraft in a heavily regulated environment across an international supplier base. From 1990 to 2000 Paul held various management roles and took on the role of Chief Executive Officer in 1996. Paul’s service with the Britten-Norman Islander, the aircraft which sold over 1,200 aircraft into 130 countries, not only provided Paul with the experience of managing every business function, but a great deal of international experience.
